Sometimes this product is also called cassava flour.

Sometimes Arrowroot flour is labelled as Tapioca flour and they are interchangeable in most instances. Arrowroot flour is also a starchy flour made from the rhizomes (rootstock) of several tropical plants. One of these rhizomes is the cassava root from which tapioca flour is made but arrowroot powder may also be from other origins. Best to check with your supplier or just use our tapioca flour!
